A: While we cannot give you an exact ETA, because there are plenty of factors, including the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our very best to move your website within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (if the content is not very large).

A: Before we can begin the migration of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose pretty much the same details you have provided to your current web host. We also have a very strict Privacy Policy, which describes how personal info is tackled.

A: Nah. Your website will stay visible online during the migration. As soon as everything is completed on our end, we will inform you so that you can preview it and check for any problems. If everything is OK, all you will have to do is edit your domain’s DNS settings.
