The upgrade includes sixty minutes of work and if a specific task requires less time, the rest of the minutes shall be available for the future and shall be listed in the VPS billing CP. You may use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as an independent upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which includes half an hour of custom work on your server. This way, you could work on your websites without worrying that you will not be able to use some application or losing time on technical issues.
Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers
You may add the upgrade to any one of the dedicated servers
that we offer at any time that you need it. In case you need any custom work from our administrators immediately after your hosting server is ready, you may acquire the upgrade during the server signup procedure, or when you need something to be performed later on, you can add the upgrade from your billing CP.
