Our customer support team will be online for you round–the–clock should you require assistance working with the Online Control Panel or with any of the apps that we have preinstalled for your convenience on the dedicated server. And if you require assistance handling all the routine admin tasks on your dedicated hosting server, you can take a look at our Managed Services package, which includes data backup hard drive storage space, OS updates on a weekly basis, installation and troubleshooting services, server monitoring and restarting procedures, etcetera.
An Intuitive Help Section
Our Online Control Panel is preinstalled for each dedicated server. Among its features is a very time and effort–saving integrated knowledge base that will guide you step by step on how to use it. Most help articles have video versions which demonstrate all the tasks that you can perform in a highly illustrative manner. You will find the instructional articles and the video tutorials in the top right corner of each Online Control Panel section.
