Monitoring & Rebooting

Managing a server is a difficult duty. You either need to do the work on your own , in other words commit your precious time to regularly monitoring your Virtual Private Server, or, alternatively, you need to arrange a 3rd–party solution whose only task will be to keep an eye on your VPS. And that is precisely where our Managed Services deal can comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your VPS server will be added to our own custom–developed server managing software system, which will keep an eye on all the crucial processes. And in case of a service crash, our system administrators will be warned momentarily and they will fix the issue as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Server isn’t the simplest job in the world. You will either need to use a separate server or your desktop PC, or, alternatively assign a 3rd–party software. We offer a much easier option with our Managed Services offer. We will make a full backup of your server once a week, so you never have to be worried about permanently losing any valuable information. Last but not least we can recover a backup really fast. All backups we make are stored on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything happens to your content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you will have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. However, certain scripts are more difficult to install and may require some additional configuration from you. That’s where our Managed Services option will help you out. It features half an hour of installation & problem–solving duties – in other words you will be able to literally employ one of our expert server administrators for 30 min and have him help you with the installation of any software program that you desire. And/or have him resolve a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an add–on for our KVM VPS Servers.
